How do I take care of my indoor „garden“?
I am a manager, mentor and coach, but most of all I am always curious and open to new experiences. I also like to share information and knowledge and always let myself be inspired.
„I am my own creator and leader at the same time. Within me are the seeds of my future existence. It depends only on me what will remain for me and what I will give up.” How much are you your own creator? How much does the external environment influence you? Do you try to keep up with your surroundings at all costs? Can you forge your own path in life independently of your social bubble? Let’s open the door together to our inner perception, self-criticism and the search for our own self in harmony with the world around us. The main topic of our exploration will be the care of our “inner garden” full of our attitudes, emotions and decisions that we want to “cultivate” in the future, but at the same time tips on how to take care of it so that it is not full of weeds – negations and pressures from other people.
