Iryna Tytarchuk, Executive Director of the Ukraine Investment & Trade Facilitation Center, is one of Ukraine’s most dynamic voices in economic resilience and women’s leadership.

At Equal Pay Day 2026 in Prague, on Friday 27 March, Iryna will lead the interactive board‑game workshop “Women IN: Leadership and Business,” guiding participants through real‑world decision‑making and the confidence needed to lead with purpose. Her story reflects Ukraine’s strength: strategic, forward‑looking, and powered by women shaping the future.

Iryna will also mentor on a topic: “Being visible without apologizing: Leadership, Career strategy, and Funding for women“. The speed mentoring session is scheduled for 60 minutes.
Ukraine’s digital strength has become a quiet engine of resilience. With 79% of the population online, women entrepreneurs have been able to keep building, learning, and adapting even under extraordinary pressure. This connectivity fuels a powerful trend: around 33% of all newly created companies in 2025 were founded by women, underscoring their essential role in driving Ukraine’s economic renewal.

Yelyzaveta Bieliaieva: A leadership story

Yelyzaveta Bieliaieva, Project Manager of the Task Force for EU Project Planning and an active member of the Women IN gender equality working group, represents a new generation of Ukrainian leaders shaping inclusive policy and innovation. Her work strengthens cross‑border cooperation, supports gender‑responsive project design, and amplifies women’s voices in decision‑making. Her story reflects Ukraine’s forward‑looking spirit: collaborative, resilient, and driven by women who are redefining leadership for the future.

“Women IN: Leadership and Business” – how to strengthen the role of women as professional experts and workers and demonstrate in which direction businesses can develop today.
This workshop is a networking session designed to highlight the role of women in economics, society, science, and political life. This interactive team-based game encourages meaningful networking, strengthens motivation, and inspires participants to explore female role models and leadership pathways.
The board game consists of five rounds and helps to: foster stronger professional connections and peer support, enhancing team spirit in the era of social media and digital communication.
