Over the past 17 years, we have sparked a nationwide conversation on equal pay through our #rozmluvilyjsmeČesko (#WeGotCzechiaTalking) media campaign. We have provided a platform for 519 speakers, showcased 635 female mentors, and transformed the lives of 26,428 participants from the corporate sector, institutions, and the general public. Equal Pay Day Czechia has rapidly established itself as one of Europe’s largest and most significant conferences. Now, it is time to shift the discussion toward practical solutions that will shape the future of work, fair pay, and women’s economic security. Join us.

Looking back at 17th annual

The 17th annual Equal Pay Day (EPD) conference was held under the theme: “AI is changing the future. We are changing the system.” While artificial intelligence can make life easier in many ways, it can also introduce new inequalities into society and the labor market. By identifying these issues, we can work together toward (systemic) change.
